Auchincloss traces her early interest in modern art and her associations with individuals affiliated with The Museum of Modern Art. She discusses her involvement with the Museum's Junior Council and the International Council. She recalls Rene d'Harnoncourt and Alfred H. Barr, Jr. among others. Auchincloss highlights some events in the Museum's history and describes her experiences as Trustee of and fundraiser for the Museum.
